As an aside, I would say he is up on the technology and marketing that is moving America. On the other hand, hs show is straight garbage. Just as one of is clips is titled; "Acting is not your destiny.", it is not his either. The pretend litigants are so plastic, the show is unbearable. Who makes up a Judge Reality Show?

The show is based on real cases, but litigants are actors...the disclaimer is shown an the end of the show. I also find it interesting as to why he didn't go into detail as to why he wasn't a judge and why his disbarment wasn't addressed. That being said I still watch the show..
