This is how it was done. there is a hole in the table. When that black dose lifts himself up his feet are not seen because of the angle we look at it.OR the man only haw a upper body and the bottom half is controllable so they press a button and his leg lifts.also the midget is not a midget .he is an illusion,he is far away so h looks shorter.SOLVED
