Owner of Haitian School Arrested After Collapse

The owner and builder of a Haitian school that collapsed on Friday is now under arrest. He is charged with involuntary manslaughter. At least 88 children and teachers died when the three story building collapsed on top of itself. (Nov. 9)

This has nothing to do with cutting public services..that school is privatly owned by that pastor...that ill build it to save money. The government was also wrong by allowing him to build this large building without stoping him, after being told not to build a second floor..."Who did the pastor pay"? Jail is a good place for him..and his wife should join him.

These schools are privatly owned...by pastors.They charge each student a fee and in that way can have an income for there own. For those thinking he should not be arrested>? Check out his home and see if he only used 1/2 the reconmended steel bars and cement in his home...Haitians know cement construction! They know that using 1/2 the recomended supplies is a risk, "That they are willing to take" as long as they can steal the money under the table.
