This was shot at the Western Wall in 5770 or 2010 ACE. This person is left handed so his Tefillin was placed on his right hand (the weaker hand).

If you are right handed then place the Tefillin on the left hand. If you do not own a pair of Tefillin, contact me and I will try to help you.

  • This is not the normal way to put on tefilin. As others note, this is the manner in which Lubavitchers put on tefilin and this group is rapidly moving away from being Jewish in any way whatsoever.

  • this is so funny he put the tefilin in nusach chabad but the tefilin arent nusach chaba d , the tefilin are nusach sefard

  • @IAgsSp3cI - (con't) Also, I prefer to put "Kabbalah" in the title of my page, because THAT'S what I like to learn about and to study! Of COURSE a person can learn something a million times & it still doesn't make sense to them, or they might not be receiving the proper message. But you are behaving as if a person shouldn't try to be closer to HaShem. I don't understand.

Studying both the Zohar AND the Torah takes a lifetime to comprehend- but we're happy to take the time to do so!

  • @IAgsSp3cI - I'm sorry if you feel disrespected my friend. Let me explain: I use the name because I am a STUDENT of Torah, Kabbalah, Zohar, Gemara, etc. I pour into books as best as I can. My entire family (my husband, children & I) are Noahides, you see. Gentile supporters of Israel. We don't ever profess to be Jewish, or big time Kabbalists or anything like that! Even on my page I make it clear that I am a STUDENT, and nothing more! I simply like the name, is all. *shrug* No offense.

  • @KabbalahSherry Whats with your name, your husband doesn't know how to wear tefelin and yet you give people the impression that you know kabbalah.Witch is very far from the truth. If you don't know shas by heart you don't know kabbalah and it is impossible to know kabbalah, and don't bother responding saying well I learn zohar.1)You can learn something a million times and not receive the propper message.

    2)Zohar is not kabbala.

  • 1)You should make them say kaddish lee and she-ma

.According to most poskeem if one forgets the parasha of kadish lee he should put them on again.(Rambam)

2)The knot of the head should have been explained better.

3)If your going to follow kabalah and sit down you might as well continue with kabalah and say the 3 pesukim that go around the fingure all though it isn't a must.

  • Wrong, according to all commentaries your supposed to make a blessing before the 1st knot of the yad is made.Every one who saw this video and did it after words made a blessing for no reason and its on your head. All though I am impressed that you quoted a zohar & upset that you didn't mention the other custom of standing.(Witch is halacha wise)Sitting is kabalah)

Good job all together but you should have consulted a learned rabbie.

  • @BringersOfTruth ya sorrry i just got it yester day from a rabbi, its almost 1/2 then 7 then almost 1/2 again. but basicly 7.
