Trying new effects and stick figures in flash. As usual the quality got fucked up when exporting... geez i hate flash. I also tried sfx... i just am not patient enough. Sigh

@Wipper179 you convert whatever you want to blur into a symbol and then go to filters click that blue plus icon thingy and click bur and you can also toggle how much you want the blur
