defo alcohol problem! hope you canned his ass lmao, I worked with a guy who told our boss his grandmother died, he had two days off. the funny thing was our boss rang his mother to say how sorry he was for her loss, she siad "What! ,my mothers not dead!" it was so funny,our boss had a great sence of humour,we had a laugh about it,and my friend didn't loose his job. our foreman however gave out sh**e to this guy,but we are all really good friends. please don't go hard on this guy. hes cool :)
