  • What speed and feed are you using?

  • From memory, 2500 mm/min and 28,000 rpm.

  • how many watt of spindle?

  • Hi, the spindle is an NSK E3000, 60Krpm & 350 watts.

  • looks like 7075 to me

  • I'm pretty sure it's 6061 - 7075 is definitely nicer to cut than this stuff was...
