Christian after-life vs Jewish after-life - which is worse?

Comparing the after-lifes of two major religions: Christianity and Judaism. Guess which one doesn't look so good if you're an atheist.

Maybe if we all stopped arguing about going to a place which cannot effect the events which happen on Earth, then we could focus on greater issues. Issues such as AIDS in Africa, The global environment or even War over RELIGIOUS BELIEFS. You'r concern with where you end up after you die show's sheer ignorance for the rest of humanity. You'r efforts supporting organizations which spread this ignorance will worsen REAL issues, that ANY selfless human would give a damn about. Argument invalid.

You are correct.

According to Judaism, if ur not Jewish-as long as you follow 7 laws of Noah (don't kill, steal, etc..) you are rewarded in heaven.

And actually, there is no hell in Judaism. Only what you may call "purgatory" which is simply a period when you see all the bad things you did in your life and your soul is so humbled by it that it is purified.

Hell is a translation for the grave. It makes sense when the Bible

says death and hell are thrown into the Lake. Immortality is

granted to the righteous not to the unrighteous..ash

in the lake..to be no-more. That's what the Bible says.

God will give a chance for those who didn't get a

chance to know (read revelation) but for someone

who's read /understands and rejects..has no excuse.

That is why Jews do not go out and knock on doors trying to convert people because everyone has a place in the world to come. If a gentile keeps the 7 Noahide Laws he has a place. Even within Christianity they fight each other and say "only our denomination or group will go to heaven everyone else goes to Hell". Nice video Nick all the issues you brought up about Christianity is the reason (and more that you did not mention) why I left it. Islam is also another religion that has zero tolerance.

A creation or any object testifies that their is a creator who made it. For example we wouldn't say that a watch came into being simply by throwing different objects. Or that a very nice painting was made by throwing paint. Now when we look at this beautiful world with its wonders. And even the human body it testifyies that their is a creator who made such a complex being.

Nick you are correct to question things and look at facts. (and try to analyze things logically). But I would have to disagree with you about G-D and about you saying your an atheist.
