Thunderstorm wind damage, reported by NWS storm survey.
Widespread straight line wind damage to structures and trees across the southern half of the city of Manistee from near Lake Michigan to lake Manistee. Winds estimated
to be up to 80 mph. Worst damage between 2nd and 10th streets... also east of US-31 between Rietz Park and W 28th street.

EF0 with wind speeds estimated 75 to 85 mph. Path length 1 mile... a quarter mile wide. Tornado tracked through forested land near skocelas Road just south of M-55.

Widespread flooding ongoing in the city of Manistee... and in the south half of the County. Most roads underwater. Water entering some homes. Power is out. State of
emergency has been declared.

Power has been knocked out in the southwest corner of the city. Debris was hitting the house associated with severe winds.
