hey when i post up a lot i have a "tendency" to step on the defenders foot and spin so they are left behind lol if sum1 can reply and tell me is this legal or do u reckon you'll get called for an offensive?

Doing that can hurt your ankle. Instead, step AROUND his foot and he'll be behind you.
