That first time he turns around to face the audience at approx :22 is great. It's subtle and I get a sense of this buckaroos pain as he scans the plains perhaps looking for forgiveness.

OK, here's an amazing but true story. I moved to San Francisco in October of '94 and two days later I stumbled upon The Residents having a garage sale. They were moving their into a new office building so they were selling lots of props and other stuff. To make a long story short, and more secret, I own one of the gigantic foam rubber cowboy hats they are wearing in this video.
