Eroticism personified! Such a shame she didn't do more films. Her performance in "The Vampire Lovers" should be put in a time capsule. There will never be women like this ever again.

I never appreciated women vampires til i saw Vampire Lovers. She redefines seduction with a class..even straight women will give in....A great contribution to the world of Horror FIlms..

@CarloQuinto So glad you met Ingrid, my (second) matka, a warm, earthy and stunningly beautiful woman inside and out. She gave all her heart all the time.. I miss her terribly. And Tony (her darling real husband) was the most perfect husband in twenty worlds. Speaking of terror, It was terrifying to go to tea at her house, for all the beautiful Polish cakes which she had produced for you must be eaten... not a crumb left .. by order of Ingrid. She who must be obeyed!

I know what you mean. I had the good fortune to meet , and spend several hours that seemed like minutes , visiting with Hammer's Queen of Hearts. She could'nt have been a sweeter lady , nor more full of life. As overused as the term is ,a free spirit in every way. Very nicely done , beowulfoo.
