@MidniteHaze1 I know - I'm showing the clip at 4:13 to show how fraudulent the rule is - it was ostensibly implemented for safety, but the safety argument isn't credible.

4:13 shows how dishonest NASCAR's yellow line rule is - today that would be controversial because he'd be below the yellow line.
