While running on the beach alongside a winner of the Boston Marathon, Hank Lawson (Mark Feuerstein) gets a leg cramp and falls down. His running partner massages his cramp and helps him up.

JUST SEEN THIS ON LAST NIGHT'S EPISODE!!! Dibs on first noticing it. Lol Love Royal Pains. Huge fan. Wish I could have seen the set, as I hope to be an actor some day. Haha

What was it like getting to be on the set?

@PiratingPhotography Well, actually, calling it a "set" was kind of stretching it a bit... they filmed on a public beach. All you needed was a beach pass (a part of getting on the beach on every other day during the summer, too). In fact, there were people lounging and sunbathing all around where they were filming, as if it were completely normal to have all these people standing around with all this equipment. Only the kids seemed much interested.
