umm wait. A flat stomach is encouraged, so the lack of a belly button could possibly be seen as an improvement. I say possibly with the strongest inflection. I'd have to see someone without a belly button before making a judgement on it.

BUT.... the eyes, nose, and mouth are all used in pretty major ways after birth and a flat face isn't encouraged as much (don't know of any "get a flatter face in 30 days" infomercials out there) so it's like comparing apples/oranges
