Machinima of an installation done in Second Life and Inworldz virtual worlds. Submitted to the University of Western Australia's 3D Open Art Challenge, winning both 3rd prize and the Tornado Gallery prize in the May, 2011 round.
The soundscape is original and part of the installation. The piece is dedicated to Kandinsky, Mondrian and the Abstract Impressionists. The title is adapted from a Samuel R. Delany story.

Wonderful, I like the mixture of natural and abstract shapes! The glowing tree is really impressive..

I thought I'd say it was nice, obviously its an installation, and a video doesn't do it justice. Like the dedication to Kandinsky at the end.. I have 3 out of the 4 versions of Synestisia he had.. I like Kandinsky's work allot, certainly you may have that synestisia perspective, although not completely tied in to so many things.. probably sight and sound glowing stuff.. otherwise why portray glowing trees, not unlike the kind I see in real life, since I see "auras"..
