I bought this to replace the other alarm I bought that did not fit well to the bike (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QzmyKrSJE-0)

The good thing about this one is A) it fits my hybrid bike that has larger tubing, B) it is securely screwed onto the bike and C) it has a personable code keypad as the other one had a flimsy tiny key!

I have had this on my bike for over 4 months, my bike is left outside come rain or shine, it has been in driving rain, freezing conditions and blistering heat and it still works just as new!

In the video, pressing 'C' changes the sensitivity, 1st being most sensitive and 3rd being the least, ideal for busy areas where it may get brushed past frequently).

To activate the alarm you press 'B' for 1 second and to deactivate the alarm you enter your unique code.

at $6.83 its a bloody bargain!!

you would be surprised what people would steal someone stole my bike with only one wheel I was changing the inner tube out and brought the tire inside and the next morning the bike was gone
