If I want to hear the greatest sax solo of all times, i find Bob Sheppards solo on Dr. Hee on guitarist Scott Hendersons album, it can be found here on Youtube. I always come back to it, it has everything, he just takes it higher and higher until the whole saxophone explodes in an orgasm some minutes into the tune.

Bob is a truly great musician and woodwind master-- and a wonderful person. He is the finest on the scene today. Wish he would record another cd-- his last one -In the Now-- is a must have for all jazz saxophonist.
