  • Aces High, great vid. This made it onto FreeSpeechTV, didn't it?

  • @CI9TK i wasn't aware

  • It is not an example of a free market or liberalism. No real free market supporters or liberal would support water "privatization". It is theft of peoples property by Governments and Corporations.

  • @ForAVoluntarySociety also known as illiberalism. Thanks for watching!

  • But really, the problem which you outlined (which is a HUGE and DEADLY problem, no doubt), is actually attributed to a system known as "Crony Capitalism", when the success of business depends not on the goods or services provided, but on bribes or close relationships with government officials. You seem like a compassionate and caring guy, and I'm not trying to put you down by the least! I would encourage you to do some research on Crony Capitalism and Ron Paul and John Stossel. Have a good one!

  • A system in which private companies bribe governments and the government isn't accountable to the people (which is the case in most African Countries), isn't a Free Market. A Free Market is when the success of the company directly depends upon the increased well being of the people. If the people don't like it, they should be able to fire the company. but since the governments in Africa aren't accountable to the people, the Free Market isn't so free after all. You have the best of intentions...

  • I thought I had seen it, or something like it. Maybe you could submit yours: freespeech[dot]org
