Ron Paul has a group "Pakistani for Ron Paul". I don't see this for any other candidate. Ron Paul also has: Christians for Ron Paul Jews for Ron Paul Muslims for Ron Paul Mormons for Ron Paul Blacks for Ron Paul Gays for Ron Paul Strippers for Ron Paul Truckers for Ron Paul I could go on...he has support from all different groups in society.

Wait a minute. Our national debt just topped $9.1 TRILLION and the idiots who mismanaged our money are still sending $11 BILLION to a military dictatorship half way around the world? And these people don't trust us to managw our own retirement money? Maybe we should send McCains and Ghoulainis kids over there if they think we should intervene. After all the Ghoul's kids don't even like him.

If you beleive in independece, stay in Puerto Rico, and try to democratically fight for it. It's not a matter of the U.S. giving us the independece, it's a matter of us wanting it, and the majority of the puertorican people don't want it! Accept it! Independentistas are only a few but they certainly do have big mouths!!!

It's odd how most of the independentistas I know wouldn't think about it twice to move to the continental U.S. to work, if they were to receive better working conditions and more money. In the words of a very good friend of mine, "I certainly would move because after all, I might be an independentista, but I'm not stupid"; referring to my question as what would he do upon his graduation, if offered more money in the U.S.

Oye latinosiempre, who said Puerto Rico wants to be independent. The first thing you independetistas in the island must do is increase your numbers to more than 3 or 4% percent of the vote. Strength is in numbers and sadly for you, there's no strength in the puertorican independence movement.

Respect to Ron Paul, I am a huge fan. My question comes from the greatest concern for his wellbeing and the future of the country. Poticians who challenge the status quo have, in the past, has gotten killed by lone nuts, radicals or the power elite who resist change. All of people in high places have a lot to lose if he comes to power.
