i tend to play low tiers myself

so i also find a lot of examples of low tier players winning difficult matchups

like twelve vs chun/yun difficult

but it is true that on a wider statistical basis these characters have some serious trouble

 there's always gonna be exceptions , and i was exagerating

but come on. that's the exception, not the rule

like saying yun doesn't ALWAYS win high tier matches in SF3, but unless a godlike player rocks (ken chun), majority are goin to yun
