According to Jewish religious law such "Jews" are not living as Jews. In fact, if they high-handedly violate the Sabbath or worship idolatry they have a status like non-Jewish idolaters.

The only difference between Jews and non-Jews is what laws obligate them.  A "Jew" who rejects Torah is different from a non-Jew ONLY in that this "Jew" is STILL obligated in all the laws of Torah no different from other Jews, whereas the non-Jew becomes obligated in Torah ONLY if he chooses to be.

Ethnicities and races are inventions! The difference in the genes is not a characteristic difference! You and your father have also different genes, if you would have the same genes you'd look like a clone of your father! So Races do not exist! We are all from Adam and Eve!
