Blood-Squirting Gunshot Effect : BFX

How to make a re-usable gunshot squib on a seriously low budget. In his original pilot episod Erik Beck creates a blood-squirting effect with a 2 liter bottle, epoxy, plumbing parts, and a hose. We also learn that finishing the last of Erik's mustard is a terrible idea.
