A newly hatched baby bird may not be the most beautiful creature in nature, but it is a wonderful thing to see. Their nests are usually very well concealed. Some nest on barren ground...some in lush habitat...or grassy meadows...others nest high in trees... in tree holes... in swamps or even man-made bird houses. The nesting season extends from about mid-spring through mid to late summer.
