First of all, did you just you presume that I was atheist? Why and how did you come to that conclusion?
Then, let's start with just a simple thought experiment to: Were the flood waters sea water or fresh water? Ask any pet store employee the consequences of mixing fish to dissimilar water types. So the vast majority of a salinity-dependent ecology must have been killed off. But they are both still here, so is Scripture lying, misleading, missing details, or been misinterpreted?

@globalchaos1984 Funny now answer the question. How do you know that your reasoning about this or ANYTHING is valid?
I will ask you this directly to avoid the smokescreen. Is it possible that you are wrong about everything you claim to know?

Reason and logic. Theres not much of these things in the bible.

Wow... You didn't even read my reply, did you? Or perhaps didn't comprehend? By your asking that question it obviously means that you get your reasoning solely from the infallible Bible. If so, then re-read my last sentence.

@joop182 Actually I thought it was a joke. Many Atheists say the FSM told them.
So now that you clarified i.e. the Bible, HOW do you get to that conclusion that Noah and the story of, is a lie faked, mistaken, etc.? walk me through your supposed "exegesis"

Yes, instead of a real reply, just give me the typical littoral YEC fallback. However, it can be demonstrated through proper Biblical exegesis that a "global" flood did not happen. So, if your implying that proper reasoning can Only come from the Bible, then, yes, my reasoning comes from Sola Scriptura, so I can know that it would be accurate, according to you.

@joop182 YEC fallback? I just want to know how you know that your reasoning about ANYTHING is valid? Could you, for instance, be wrong about EVERYTHING that you know?

Very nice that you didn't mention any of the water dwelling animals. Did Noah save any of them? Because they all would have suffocated to death from the flood waters churning up all of that geology altering mud!

@joop182 And you know this how? How do you know that your reasoning about this or ANYTHING is valid?
