@MrChendo48 I first heard this song is 1987 the day the band departed, safe to say I was devastated that I never got to see them live.. Although I've seen Morrissey live in London.

I've been listening to music all my life and till this very day did i find out the name of this song. First time I heard it was back in 1990 and instantly fell in love with it, just found out the name.
80s K-roq music is the sh*t,and most of it mixes in good with Disco

I'm a spanish guy and this is the saddest song that I've listen in my life, but I can't stop to listen it. The Smiths never goes out of our lifes!

@valadez191 to be honest though everybody does look at the smiths and the cure etc with an air of nostalgia. in 30 years time kids might be looking back on the libertines in the same way they do the smiths now.

@spikelive i agree. i think that people who think the 80's were an ''awful time for music'' are people who really aren't into music. good music is timeless and people who love music understand this.
to keep your list of great 80s music going...
neworder, Pet Shop Boys, Midnight Oil, Yaz, Ministry, The Cars...and on and on.

Truly talented band. I wish they would have stayed together longer and done more. But I will always love what they left behind.
