  • I think its amazing how tradition is kept throughout the world. My school in Boston, Massachusetts, USA does practically the exact exercises in this vid. for basics :) I love the consistency in what is taught in our style and family :)

  • No, but the Sigung, Kwong Tit Fu, of my system, Fu Hok Tai He Morn, was Sifu Tang's Sihing/Sidi under Sitaigung Lam Cho :) And I swear to you, those exercises are like 99% what we do in my school too. It just goes to prove that what the old masters taught back in the day are still being taught today :) Yay Traditional Martial Arts!!!

  • hey guys great supplness, but did you warm up first(of course you did what am i chtting about) can you maybe show some of the different ways you warm up i know it sounds strange but i like to see excersises that are different to mine as then i can keep my training interesting whilst maybe building strength and felxablity by using other techs that might be more beneficial than the one i do. again great video guys.
