I love this video because you remind me of how I feel now at this point in my life! I have lost 60lbs so far in my journey with VSG you are very real and not a show off,but you sure have the right to be!:) I still have a ways to go,so thanks for saying that the journey does not have to end after the 12months are up. I was always a ham when it came down to pics as far back as 5 years old at any size. Didnt have image issue, had no problem undressig at the gym or fitting room in front of peoeple. But i look at pics from last year and i still have some disbelief that i did it and that i do not look like "that" any more. I am so proud of where I am and i admire you at almost 3years post op. congrats and keep posting.
