its all in being skinny and light weight.
You won't find any heavy strong people able to do it.

I can do more than 30 pull ups and i still cant do muscle ups but i can do one arm pull up

@metalgod321 Its bullshit too. Some people are able to do one or two dips & pullups and are yet able to do a muscle up. Really depends on the person, average is 7/8 pullups & dips :)

Yeah you are right. I just tried it on a proper bar for the first time yesterday. I did 10 muscle ups easily.

When i do a muscle up I have to do one shoulder then the other. I can't time the swing with the pull up either. Any tips?
Haha. Don`t pay attention to haters. Next time however, instead of telling people what you can do, just post a video. If you can`t post a video, wait about telling what you can do, until you can. Action speaks louder than words, and action takes a big stinking crap on haters. Lol.
