Kelly thank you, thank you ! Almost my favourite Luke song but only heard the studio version before. Lukes voice on this is just incredible.Gets the terrible pain of unrequited love across like no one else ever could .Makes you feel as if youre sitting in the front row of the theatre, just feet from the man. If only!! Luke sounds like an angel with a broken heart. Thanks again kelly.

Youre kidding right Riverpoet ? Van Morrison simply does not compare to Luke Kelly as a singer. Luke's voice hits you right in the heart, and he sings with a passion very rarely heard these days. Van the man ? Sorry, but Luke Kelly was definitely the man !!

I'm 16 and a MEGA Van Morrison song but even I must admit luke done this one better than Van. Van morrisons voice is just too strong for this song. its my favorite kavanagh poem and I love luke kelly for singing it so brilliantly!
