Mountain - Never In My Life - NY 1969

Very rare vintage live video footage of Mountain in their prime, on 31st October 1969, but poor quality, so probably only of interest to true Mountain fans. The tape cuts out before the end of the song. Leslie west's extended solo - cut from this clip - will be uploaded separately.

i'll take this moment to tell you that your channel has content that's alway's been important to me.

i listen'd to live Mountain before Black Sabbath/hard brittish blues Robin Trower thru "bridge of sighs" had me thinking that i knew the good stuff at 15 and it made me proud. yr zep' at earls court in entirety is unique on youtube - bravo and thank you for the post. i know that i'll visit often as school should alway's be in, in regard to the blues.

even though the recording is rough, we didn't have the equipment like we do today, I can tell you there was no finer show than Mountain, as soon as the music started it was a forest fire, joints were lit and passed around like never before or since. Stages were about a fourth of the size they are today and amps were stacked with towers so that they only had about 5 foot of room in front of equipment. Leslie was a large man but was still all over the place. Really incredible, Thanks!
