  • FAKE those weight are plastic training weights..look at the way they bounced when he dropped them....

  • @MrChutzpah2002

haha come on dude, you cant be that stupid. go do your homework. he's using RUBBER BUMPER PLATES. look them up. 45 lbs bar, 2x45 lbs on each side 1 x 25 on each side.

  • @Davs1825 45lbs plates are not that thick, look at their thickness....maybe you are right and I am wrong. I am saying it looks very fake. If I were to put money, I will say they are plastic weights not real metal ones.

  • @MrChutzpah2002

haha things you need to do... A. re-read my last post. they arent metal. they are RUBBER BUMPER PLATES B. go buy some rubber bumper plates and start training for real cause you obviously have never thrown weights around if this is your first encounter with bumper plates.

this is pretty ridiculous that i'm even having this conversation so if theres anything else you'd care to add feel free but id rather not waste any more of my time explaining this to you.

  • he weighs about 200 lbs even

  • @MrChutzpah2002 yes they are. you are a retard.

  • @MrChutzpah2002 i have bumper plates that are recycled rubber that look exactly like that

  • Great lifts but work on exploding on the catch; looks like the bar is hitting your upper chest/collarbone before it gets on the front delts.

  • that was epic

  • @MrChutzpah2002

if you don't what you're talking about then why do you bother to make comments? you do realize that weights come in different shapes and sizes outside of what you see at your local gym? we used these rubber weights in my high school for doing cleans because you can throw them down without destroying your floor. i assure you that even though they are rubber and look bigger, they still weigh 45 pounds each

  • that dude used bumper plates. that's for sure. alos, how in the hell plastic plates would jump so high? :D

  • dude that sucked. i mean yea its heavy and real weights (idk what some of these idioits are saying) but if you improve your technique and become more explosive you can put up probably 325

  • @semo55jk I heard your mom is, that's why she gave birth to another one,lol

  • @MrChutzpah2002 are you a fucking moron yes or no??!!

  • @SuicidalBuu Calm down moron!!
