Good idea. Wrong form.
1. When you do pushups go all the way down. At least almost touch your chest to the ground.
2. Your 'scissors' are universally called 'flutter kicks'.
3. Do not bend your legs on the 180 degree ankle reach.
4. Do Not cross your ankles through your workouts. You are taking away from the workout and it is believed that this progressively pulls your leg out of your socket and/or disaligns your pelvis.

good vid, 6 months of this every other day and i can do 120 pushups and i have an 8 pack of good tone. Thx for this vid :)

hey im 16 skinny weigh 106 naturally had some abbs but after doing this 3 times i love it i just wanted to thanks you cause im already seeing improvments besides lifting weights.
