  • This technique along with other refinements I remember from the 1970's is some of the toughest work any bodybuilder can do. A man who usually lifts say 100 lbs doing this exercise with normal training will do well to accomplish this same set with 75 lbs. If you think this is a joke, you have not even given it a try. This is an old "secret" because it doesn't make you a show --off on the gym floor. You can challenge yourself, but you cannot challenge others, they too must challenge themselves!
