This is a tribute video created by http://LivinLaVidaLowCarb.com/blog blogger Jimmy Moore in memory of his brother Kevin Lee Moore who died from heart failure on October 16, 2008.

Kevin's life was one full of love, joy, and carpe diem...as you will see in this video featuring pictures of him and the family throughout his time here on Earth. Jimmy provides contextual copy so you can get to know the man they called "Teddy Bear" and why he was so beloved up until the day he passed away.

This video is dedicated to all those friends and family of Kevin who will never EVER forget him for the rest of their lives. He was a very special man and will be sorely missed by all.

R.I.P. Kevin Lee Moore (1967-2008)

  • Heart problems + weight surplus is a bad combo, literally a deadly one.

I think he signed his death warrant the day he gave up on exercising. Was he eating right at least?

  • @amazingdany With the three consecutive heart attacks he suffered in 1999 that brought his heart function down to 15%, he was doing little to none in terms of his exercise routine because quite frankly he couldn't. Not to mention the crappy diet he continued to eat despite the heart attacks. I miss my brother and he motivates me to educate people about why it's so important to find a healthy diet and exercise plan that will work for you. THANK YOU for your comments!

  • So sorry for your loss, Jimmy, but yes, your brother's legacy shall live on! Keep up the good fight, both in spirit and body. What a blessing to have had such a brother in your life... God bless you & yours!

  • @NarnianLady He was a blessing indeed! THANKS for your comments.

  • Jimmy, this is moving and beautiful tribute to a much loved big brother,. I've just seen this, because I just began low carbing in early Feb., but you made it seem as if I knew Kevin, so I couldn't help but to cry. I hope these days are easier for you and your family with such a tragic loss.

  • @Refuge51 Thanks so much! The best way to honor Kevin's memory is to help others keep from suffering the same fate. Let me know how I can help!

  • Jimmy - I've not checked out your videos in many months ... and just saw this one. I'm so very, very sorry to hear of your brothers passing. He left way too soon! What a wonderful, touching tribute to his life. (you got me crying) I pray for the peace of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, to surround you and your family.

    May God bless you!

    -Debi
