Times are tough, yet it is time for us to get even tougher and stronger, and remember those that have sacrificed so much for us...and to pay our respects before we start fixing the mess we're in..

This song is from the movie "The Idolmaker" made in the 1980's, and it is sung by Ray Sharkey, called "I Believe It Can Be Done" at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oyu4U-yxVUQ

It is a sad song about a man on his last legs, his last chance, but he still goes for it all...dreaming big, and seeing where his dreams land him..

That's why i believe it is so appropriate for now..Time for us to dream big or small, and make it happen. Was always about what is so great about our nation...Our willingness to dream, make it happen, and also make a better world for our families...

So let's rebuild a new american dream, where we are hard workers, big dreamers, and we don't need the government or big corporations to make those happen.. In fact before the day of the Walmart, we had tons of small mom and pop stores, that delivered great products and great service...Maybe we should remember that....Rededicate ourself, to what really matters..

But this video is in honor of my grandfather and grandmother on my mother's side...Zadie Morris, and Baubie Jean..they tought me so much about character, more from their actions, than any words they said...What have your parents or grandparents taught you?

Thank You All...Love you very much!
-Craig

  • The Big corporate giants, with the exception of high-tech electronics and software companies like apple, Microsoft, and radioshack, should be heavily taxed to prevent the monopoly of the economy.

I tell you one thing: Walmart, Target, and Best Buy all suck.

  • Agreed. but that's why this is the time for growing small businesses, that can provide faster responses, better service, and in the end better products too..

But our attitude of being anti-business, is what destroy's our economy.

But there is 1 idea, let's unlegalize corporations, and bring back individual responsibility.

Yes they suck, but we destroyed small businesses that used to be in our small towns, by going to big stores, because they had lower prices...And here is where you pay for it

  • And is that necessarily a good thing? Not saying you have faith in a religion anything like that...

But faith in family, friends, relationships...

Are we really a people that cares about being good people? Or is that just not cool anymore...

  • Speaking of faith, a young man working at Home Depot in Okeechobee Fl. for over a year, always wore a pin that said One Nation, Under God, Indivisible and it had an American flag. He wore this for his brother who served in Iraq & was readying for his second tour. During lunch, this young man would read his bible (on his own time). For whatever reasoning, that is beyond logic, his boss fired him because of his faith. Funny they take money that says In God We Trust. Boycott Home Depot, pass it on.

  • faith and morals are something people dont have anymore

  • The song is awesome. I hope you get a job soon.
