i have 2 questions, what software did u use and were u giving permission to use those tracks for the film?

Hi, I used a "video toaster" back in the day, but now I would recommend trying Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects to change to black and white, add "dust and scratches", etc. and speed it up a little bit. My friend composed the music himself and you may use it if you wish.

How do you do this movie? I have to create a film for my English Project and I'm thinking of creating a silent movie but dont know how.
