Australian Kelpie Goat Herding Training

Cole is an Australian Kelpie. He is learning to move livestock. He will be used as a gathering type dog and will hopefully be yet another all-arounder that will be able to handle lambs, kids, does, bucks, and cattle.

One of our guard dogs, Freckles, a Great Pyrenees is outside the pen. We insist all of our guard dogs accept our herding dogs. They still threaten strange dogs and will engage and destroy any that enter the pastures.
