Animal research is an important part of the research process when developing new treatments and medicines for patients. No one likes the idea, but as science has not evolved enough to make animal research unnecessary -- for now, this is how we make sure medicines are safe.

dear novartis: the way you can best help people is make medicines less expensive so they can be available to everybody.

The biggest hypocrisy is developing medicines and treatments for patients and then making them so expensive that they are not affordable, if you could come that far...

And use the alternatives to animal testing!

    greetings from commonsense

Novartis fully supports the use of alternatives to animal research wherever feasible. While technology is progressing, biomedical research involving animals continues to be essential to deliver safe and effective new medicines to prevent and cure disease, alleviate pain and save lives. what an abomination of a film! So badly made..I hope the doctor comes to terms with questioning himself so all day long, staring into the void of space and wasting my taxes by not doing his job!!!! Obviously an actor but for pities sake! Also maybe he should research the alternatives...just 5 mins on Google and he would be on his way to understanding vivisection is not the answer to medical research!

There ARE alternatives to animal research that are SUPERIOR to animal research but they are not used BECAUSE cures WILL be found and that would dry up the mega billions of dollars that the pharama industry makes

I have no words to describe this video. animal testing is horrific, and that's it. it MUST end. if people worked better in PREVENTING diseases, we wouldn't all be taking several drugs to treat several diseases.
