Denninger on 'financial terrorism'...
http://market-ticker.denninger.net/archives/590-FLASH-Fed-Speaking-Out-Both-S...

Lessons NOT learned...
"...banks aren't just pocketing the trillions we gave them to rescue the economy - they're re-creating the conditions for another crash".
http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/story/32255149/wall_streets_bailout_hustle
The lies, the manipulation, the outright fraud - we know who 'they' are... so is it not our responsibility to provide an example, to actually deter rather thna simply accept lame promises to be 'better in future'.?

Bernake's 2002 speech "Deflation - making sure it doesn't happen here"

  • You make complete sense but what can we do? We have many systems in place to put us in debt and fuel this monster. The US has a "jobless recovery" which is the biggest lie there is.

In Canada, wee are heavily dependent on the US to buy our exports and our expensive tar sands oil. When they go down, we will go with them. There is no future for my generation. We will be left to take care of an aging boomer population and accepting less and less for our efforts.

    DEPRESSING but REAL.

  • "..what can we do?"

    Hi jg.

I think we simply have to look at our own lives and seek out opportunities to 'starve the beast'.

We can try to be smart sheep and not, willingly, join any line that clearly leads to a shearing station, or an abattoir.

    Every bit helps.

  • @flaskofcoffee -- this is the fundamental issue here, just do something; even talking about it is activism. in fact, that's all activism really is, sharing the ideas whether those in earshot are about it or not. i don't mean being intrusive, but i do mean being the first to introduce the ideas we learn about here and elsewhere with others. here we have this site and this page and these lovely vids--now SHARE THEM SHARE THEM SHARE THEM!!! and then make your own and SHARE THEM, too!!! cheers.

  • @panopticon7

    Hi there panopticon.

    I agree.

And simply avoiding those parts of 'the system' that keep us locked into the bankers' cage is a great way to make a difference. Don't feed the bankers.

  • I miss your videos immensely. Hope you have some new ones coming soon.

  • Top video Mr Flask, very amusing. It's about time Ben and Tim had their heads knocked in with that bat, my advice is to put some nails through the end of it first!

  • Fantastic - thank you!

  • Thanks Flaskofcffee, How the U.S. government dealt with the problem is to give the destroyers of the nation a big fat peace of chocolate cake for a reward.

  • I think we're not a dad in your analogy. We're much more like a step dad completely subordinate to the mom as far as the kids go. I can't say what name mom would have just now though. I thought your Timmy impersonation was pretty much spot on.

  • Great

  • Top Video as ever. If you mention Bernanke in the UK and people go... 'Who?'

    We're so asleep over here...
