Filmed at 6.50 PM Melbourne Australia 19/11/2010 . Ok i have a bit of info , at 2.13 and 3.36 the crater on the right is the Lambert Crater its 30 kms in diameter and 2.7 kms deep , this thing is HUGE . OK - PPL PLEASE LEAVE COMMENT IF YOU THINK ITS SOMETHING ON THE LENS OR NOT .

@OzSkySearch Okay, It moves. So do dust bunnies. I work with cameras as a hobby, sometimes I have dust in my lens they move around. Have you any experience with cameras at all?

@OzSkySearch Its clearly a spot on the lens. During this shot it does not move. I've had spots on my camera and it looks exactly like this.
