After hearing all about the CFR/NAU conspiracy from Ron Paul supporters I've decided to ask the man himself. I want to know if Ron Paul also believes in this conspiracy theory or if this is just his supporters putting words in his mouth.

*Yawns* Ah starting to wake up again after 2008. Oh and congrats to Ron Paul on finishing in 2nd in the recent straw poll just one vote behind Mitt Romney. I will make this promise. If Ron Paul manages to win the nomination I will almost certainly give the man my full support in 2012. Hell even a guy whose supporters are mostly nut bags is better than the nutbag currently "running" the country.

Fiscal matters: Deficits don't matter. Borrow against the future (grandchildren). Don't tax but spend. Real conservatives balance a budget.

Geopolitical matters: Talk about American exceptionalism, meaning we have license to throw our weight around (for good of world). Unilateral military action. Oriented toward building an American Empire. (Real conservatives lean towards isolationism.)

Other: Favor corporate rights as opposed to individual rights.
