@gspcdy14 I have to say that when I clicked on this video I expected a little more. I did not hear any slurred speech and Mr. Ayers cognitive skills all seemed to be intact. Having said that, I have to admit that I'm not certified in field sobriety test administration and therefore I respectfully defer to the training and experience of the state trooper.

@jabbyjabjo because to be drunk, you have to be falling over and not able to stand on two feet, correct? That comment is what is wrong with the general public and Jury trials. You're not drunk unless you are falling over. "Buzzed driving, is drunk driving"... and luckily for us, you are field sobriety certified and can tell all clues that the Trooper seen from a dash-cam video.

I have to agree with that. One thing Obama rarely did was punch back, and he still won. So, perhaps I shouldn't second guess that strategy.

I generally agree with you, but the Republicans spent the better part of 2008 accusing Obama "palling around with terrorists".
Turn about is fair play.
Look, I hate Tim Pawlenty and his politics as much as the next Minnesotan, but how could you possibly call this a campaign "implosion" moment. It's a five year old video, and the fact that he had gotten a DWI isn't news...
Come on CitiPages. You've got better things to do with your time.
Don't use hyperbolic muck-raking for shock value and views, and give the city real news they care about.
'Cause we <3 you guys. But this isn't what we need. Thanks.

@17R3W I don't disagree that turn about is fair play, but look what the Republicans accomplished by doing it...
My point is not whether it's "fair" for both sides to participate in the behavior, but whether it's productive or positive to do so.
