HSR FAST FORWARD to 2:18 to get high speed bridge crossing . This is really like flying without leaving the ground, no security check in procedure, 2 hours to drive to taichung , 45 minutes on the HSR. from Taipei main stn.

  • @Mayham000 not really, fast trains are very common in asia, to suit the fast-paced lifestyles

  • @LordHighnessMigz : Just with a hugely better comfort. You can actually stand up and walk around in these trains without any trouble whatsoever.

  • @whitbyjet65 We are a larger country - California will cover most of Europe. But that doesn't mean regional high speed rail doesn't work. Amtrak's Northeast Corridor is an example of that.

  • @TheGent2 But doesn't the USA go for air travel rather than train travel. It's a huge country so I assume plane is quicker.
