Merkaba & Kundalini - Drunvalo Melchizedek (part 2/3)

Merkaba, also spelled Merkabah, is the divine light vehicle allegedly used by ascended masters to connect with and reach those in tune with the higher realms. "Mer" means Light. "Ka" means Spirit. "Ba" means Body. Mer-Ka-Ba means the spirit/body surrounded by counter-rotating fields of light, (wheels within wheels), spirals of energy as in DNA, which transports spirit/body from one dimension to another.

I was meditating on my couch one night, started hearing vibrations off in the distance...started to feel immense vibrations through out my whole body... BAM Instantly I was in a womb as a baby, it was dark..the heart of the the woman i was in beat waves of unconditional never ending love to me, and all i had to do for all eternity was sit and bask in it like one would rays of the sun. Then I snapped back into this world and my thoughts were clear and calm like still water. Ever thought rippled.

ADVICE PLEASE. im pretty sure i had a kundalini awakening this morning... i was half asleep in my bed when it happened. i wasnt really expecting it but i knew what it was when it happened. if anybody has advice on what i should do next it would be greatly appreciated.
