This is meant as constructive criticism, and it might have looked this way to me because of the lack of room you had in the video to slide but, there didnt seem to be much sliding/gliding. Just foot being up with weight on it(as it should) with the other foot flat right before it moves and then coming up as it moves. The foot should be flat all the time it is moving across the floor then pop it up when its ready to have the weight on it.

Thanks mate! Roughly 8 weeks or so it took me to learn how to glide + side glide. Im still perfecting it now....
