UPDATE: Mr. Dodrill purged his contempt on April 04, 2008 by making consistent payments, and the case was closed.

The Court previously found Mr. Dodrill to be in contempt of court. As a condition of his purge, he was ordered to pay $239.91 per month for four consecutive months ($959.64 total). At the time of the purge hearing on February 01, 2008, Mr. Dodrill had made a payment of $109 in early September 2007, a lump sum payment of $900 one day after the purge period expired, and an additional $120 on the day prior to the purge hearing. Judge Kovack offered Mr. Dodrill an extended sixty day purge period in which Mr. Dodrill will be required to make regular payments.
