    I recommend you start with Collarbone Breathing and then move on to the Power Ritual. You'll get the best results that way.

    Yes, it's very safe to do and will do you and baby a whole lot of good. I used it myself with my 2 kids. They now can ask for it... : )

    You can not overdose on tapping. TFT either works or it does nothing. In short, it does no harm. As long as you are getting results, that is all that matters.
