Taken from a GPR survey over a Norman keep in Oxfordshire, as part of the Channel 4 programme, Time Team. Although not shown in the original programme, this model was used in a subsequent episode concentrating on the use of geophysics in Time Team over the last two decades.

The video shows a time-slice of the survey area, highlighting the plan of the keep and surrounding ancillary buildings; the 3D data model concentrates on just the tower footings. The substantial foundations of the outer walls are clear to see as well as a massive central pier base, beneath a later internal division, which would have supported the upper floors. A photograph from the subsequent excavation shows just how much stonework was left in the ground.
