I've been spending some of my free time fanding matching English subtitles to the videos at quicksilverscreen.com. There really isn't a place for deaf people like me to find many movies that have closed captioning or subtitles. So I'm trying to help fill that need.

This video shows what to do when the movie has "Optional English subtitles" and how to use them with Nalsoft Subtitle player.
